Boot Hill is a new, well planned park with long, wide, gravel sites, spotless restrooms and laundry, wide, gravel inner roads and a location convenient to local attractions. The owners, who live on site, are the greatest! The minute you walk through the door, you are met with friendliness and warmth. They strive to make each guest’s visit the best possible, suggesting local interest activities and letting you know they are always available to help with questions. They have done a nice job developing the western theme within the park; the large comfortable office/lounge and gift shop make you feel right at home. We planned to stay just 2 nights but ended up staying for 8. That was great because we were able to enjoy a potluck and movie Saturday night in the outdoor pavilion. This park has space for traveling horses as well, perfect for those needing clean equine accommodations. The price reflects the weekly rate for 30 amp plus a rough estimate for electricity charge. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The smaller size of this park nestled against the mountain is one of the many positives about Blanco River RV Park. The well cared for grass and landscaping, fairly level grassy sites, spotless restrooms and laundry facilities and very friendly, welcoming owners make this a great park to visit while in the area. The owners recently purchased the park, and they are committed to maintaining and even further improving it. Although near the highway, it is located such that you don't hear the low volume traffic. We will definitely return to this park when in the area.
